I.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (through our payment partner MMADPay). UPI payments work with any UPI app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any bank's UPI service. Payment is made online in full at the time of booking.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. The entire site runs on HTTPS/TLS encryption. UPI transactions are processed end-to-end by our gateway partner. We do not store any UPI ID, PIN, OTP or banking credentials on our systems — only the transaction reference number for reconciliation.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — as long as it is within the free-cancellation window shown on your trip. Write to support@rupshami.com with your booking number and we will help. Cancellations after that window may be subject to partner charges as stated on the trip page.
Why was my UPI payment declined?
UPI declines are usually due to bank-side timeouts, daily UPI limits, or temporary outages of the UPI app. No amount is deducted from your account in such cases. You may retry the payment or switch to a different UPI app.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. All prices on the Website are inclusive of GST. The GST breakdown appears on the invoice that accompanies your order.

Booking & Confirmation

How do I receive my booking?
The moment your UPI payment is confirmed, your booking confirmation and itinerary are emailed to the address you enter at checkout — usually within minutes — along with the details of your local travel partner. There is nothing to ship; we are an online travel business.
When is my trip confirmed?
Instantly. As soon as your payment succeeds you receive a confirmed booking with a booking reference. If a payment fails, no booking is created and no amount is deducted.
How do I use my booking on the day?
Simply show your confirmation on your phone (or a printout) to your guide or driver at the start of your experience. No physical voucher is posted to you.
How do I check my booking?
You can look up your booking any time at rupshami.com/track-order using your booking number, or email us and we will resend your confirmation.

Cancellations & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?
Because Rupshami is an online travel service, there is no physical product to return. Bookings can be cancelled within the free-cancellation window shown on each trip for a full refund. Cancellations after that window may be subject to partner charges. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days and credited back to your original UPI ID / payment method, typically within 7–10 business days from initiation.
What if something goes wrong on my trip?
Contact us within 48 hours at support@rupshami.com with your booking number. We work directly with the local partner to put it right and, where warranted, arrange a suitable refund.
Can I change my trip dates?
Date changes are subject to availability with the local partner. Write to us as early as possible with your booking number and preferred dates and we will do our best to accommodate you.
